Salmon pasta

You know when you go to a restaurant and you are having this kind of dish that makes you feel so good. This kind of comfort food that you are having in a fancy place. Ok, it is not at all diet, let me be clear on that! But it is fine, sometimes it’s ok, isn’t it? I was craving for creamy pasta and for me, creamy pasta needs some salmon on it. It’s more than comfort food … so satisfying!

Let go to the recipe

For 4-6 people

1.2-pound fresh salmon skinless

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

3 Clove of garlic

1 Cup dry white wine

2 Cup peas

24 oz crush tomato

1 Cup sour cream

Some chives

Fresh ground pepper

Pinch of olive oil

Proceed

With the knife finely chop the garlic and briefly saute in a saucepan with olive oil. Wash and dry the salmon and cut it into 2-inch cube. You want it a bit thick as it breaks a bit during cooking.

saute till nice brown color adds the white wine and take out the salmon. To the saucepan let the wine cook for a few 10 minutes, we want tall the alcohol to evaporate it should reduce to half add then the tomato crush and the sour cream salt & pepper added the peas and let that cook for a good 10 minute and add the salmon let it simmer for 10 minutes. Salmon cook quickly and so get dry if it has too much of cooking.

if you decide to toss the pasta inside the sauce then cook the pasta aldante as it will finish cooking while in the sauce. /if you decide to pour the sauce on the top of the pasta then cooks the pasta as you wish to be.

You can keep this scrumptious sauce 2-3 days in the fridge.

You will enjoy it for sure it is just a delicious and full of flavor recipe. Voila!!!

Buen appetito !
