Pistachio Raspberries cake

OMG what a decadent cake This combination of flavor are just insanely delicious

I am on “you tube” if you want it on video it’s just right

Ingredient

2 Eggs

4 oz Sugar

3 oz flour

1 TBSP baking powder

3.7 oz Pistachio

2.3 oz Butter

1.8 oz Heavy Cream

Some Butter

Some flour

Pan (obviously)

Strawberries or Raspberries Jam

About 30 pieces of Fresh Raspberries

Let’s get starting !!!

Prepare you rectangular pan with butter four and then pour out the excess

Always switch on your oven as soon as you know you will bake something in it

Why? because it will improve the result big time . A oven that has the right temperature IS the keys for successful result

For this case we want it at 392 F to heat up and then turn it down to 311 F before shoveling the cake

We are going to start by the butter .We are going to make a Noisette butter cook it on low til that became brown .. Becarefull not to burn it so really pay attention . When it really change the color to a darker one you will want to strain it and let it cool down . So this step is really if you want to. what does that means ? It means that If you like a kind of a strong taste “butterrish” and also it give more of a golden color to the finishing touch so really do it that way . But no worries if you just want a quick version a don’t want to do this step just skip it and use very soft butter same quantities though .

Now let’s take care of the Pistachio We want a paste of it but we will need before it became a paste 0.5 oz of it . So in a food processor mix it well until it become a powder a take off 0.5 oz then continue to mix until the magic make it become of nice paste ( you can add just a touch of oil if you want to make it faster

Voila now that we have all our ingredient transform we can start baking

In a bowl mix together eggs sugar and then add butter mix well until all is well combine , add then flour and baking powder finish with the two kind of pistachio and heavy cream.

Pour this delightful preparation into your bake-ware. Don’t forget to turn down your oven to 311F

Shovel 40-45 minutes ( When you check the center it needs to come out dry )

LEt it sit 5 minutes before putting it out of the pan . You want the top side facing you

You are going to cut off the first layer of it and mix in your food processor this piece

On the top of the cake , spread a nice nice layer of jam ( you can also cut the cake in half lengthwise spread some jam and close it back ) Back to the top after spreading the jam drizzle some powder sugar and add the raspberries cut in half lengthwise. Another drizzle of powder sugar and the crumble of the little piece that you took from the cake and Voila there you have it

How to conserve it

so you can freeze it but of course you will finish it up when you want to use it . I like to freeze just after it come out from the oven

Outside it is just well close up to 3 day

In the Fridge up to 7 days

Voila i hope you’ll make it because it is really worst it
