Ingredients .

1/2 cup of tahini paste.

2-3 tbsp iced cold water

2-3 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice.

1 -2 clove of garlic (Depending the taste)

1/4 -1/2 tsp salt

A Nice bunch of cilantro if you want to make it a little green »ish » with a slightly taste of herbs.

Proceed

I advice you to make it in the blender. If not to really whisk energetically until the last step.

In your blender or a in a preparing bowl, pour in first the tahini with the lemon. Whisk until it becomes a really thick texture. Season with Salt and add the water. Just pour it a little at a time until you reach the texture you like. When that is done mix in the fresh and clean cilantro. Taste to adjust and pour it in a container that close hermetically. Store it up to 48 hours in the fridge.

To serve it just pour it into a serving bowl, drizzle some olive oil. And a dash of sesame seeds.
