Mustard & honey baked salmon. A suprising dinner.

By wanting to make easy recipes, I find myself making them tasty too! It was so simple that I automatically had to say to myself “um, is this recipe going to be interesting?” And Bam!!! Just delicious! Small explosion of flavors simple but intense! We loved it!

4 salmon fillets

½ cup of honey 150g

3 tablespoons of mustard 45g

1 tablespoon paprika

2 crushed garlic cloves

Salt and pepper to taste
A small can of fresh mushrooms. (Optional)
Turn on your oven to 400F 200C
Take a baking dish lined with parchment paper, place the salmon on it. Brush each fillet with a little olive oil.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and brush the salmon completely. Bake for 20-25 minutes. I like it just cooked in the center. I added mushrooms around it as I knew I would be serving the fish with a salad and roast potatoes!! So the mushroom was a good addition. But you can serve it with mashed potatoes. Fried rice. Or what makes you happy to serve it with.
Here you go! It's unique and delicious!
