Shabbath marble cake! Just so exquisite !

Who says shabbath sweet says dairy free! My favorite lactose free cake! I promised myself that I will make it just for shabbat! It is so fluffy and flavorful that we can be tempted on baking it more then once a week! Definitely A must to have in our baking files! I am so glad to share it with you all! Its a real treasure!!! C’est partie”!

Ingredient for a 10’x5 loaf pan 25cm

1 cup chocolate chip or chopped chocolate (170g)+ 2 tbsp flour (30g)

1 1/2 cup of flour ( I used 1/2 almond flour) 180g

2 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla powder

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp coco powder + 2 tbsp milk

1/2 cup sugar. (100g)

2 eggs

1/2 cup oil (100ml)

1/2 cup milk ( I used oats milk ) (100ml)

Switch on your oven at 350 F and prepare a 10’’ inch cake a with a parchment paper.

In a small bowl toss together the chocolate chip with the 2 tbsp of flour and set aside. In another small bowl, mix together the coco powder and the 2 tbsp of milk or oat together, stir well until all the powder is dissolve to the milk or oat. Set aside. In your mixing start to whisk together the sugar an eggs until smooth and all the sugar had dissolved. Add the oil and milk or oat and continu on whisking until all is incorporate. Finish with the flour and baking powder, the cinnamon and a the vanilla. Whisk until the batter is smooth and no lumps is appearing. Take a second bowl pour in 1/2 if the batter and mix it in with the coco powder and milk mixture and chocolate chip. Start by pouring the vanilla batter in (1/3 of the prep ) pour then the cacao one (1/3) and do so until no more batter. Swirl with the pick of a stick. Bake for 50-60. Let it cool down on a rack for 10 minutes at least before placing it on a serving plate !!!! And just enjoy it!
