A so delicious Asian slaw.

Have you seen the colors of this slaw! An outstanding boost of flavors. A nutty vinaigrette with some fresh garlic and a dash of peanut butter… we feel like having an Asian kind of slaw! Serve it along grill fish or roasted chicken! Let’s get straight to the recipe.

For about 4-6 persons

1 nappa cabbage

2 carrot

1 cup edemame

1/2 cup crunch peanut

For the vinaigrette

2 tbsp white vinegar

2 tbsp neutral oil

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp peanut butter.

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Prep your veggies

Discard the first layers of the cabbage, then cut it in half and shred it finely. Place it in a large strainer and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Discard all the water and set it in your salad bowl. For the carrot, peel them and shredded them as well, rinse slightly, and place them along the cabbage. Add the edemame. And prepare your vinaigrette. In a small Mason jar, place all your ingredients for the vinaigrette, close the jar, and shake enough to combine. Toss the salad with vinaigrette and finish with a nice handful of peanut!! Ready serve! Enjoy
