Teriyaki style chicken bowl!

If you need an easy and quick dinner prep this will be just it!!! Few ingredients all in one dish! I love this style of cooking! No need any special skills to make it taste delicious!!! And just a few ingredients to make it happen just right! Sticky rice would just be the perfect adden! Let’s get to the details!!

Ingredients served 4-6

2 pound chicken breast cut into cubes

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup ketcup

1 cup honey

1 tbsp pepper flakes

4 large cloves of crushed garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

For the just very end of the recipe you’ll need to mix together into a small bowl

4 tbsp water

2 tbsp cornstarch

Clean your chicken and cut it into strips and then into cubes 2inch thick . In a bowl pour all the ingredients except for the chicken and the brocolis. Stir well and add the chicken. Wash the brocolis cut them to desire size and add them as well to the dish. Bake uncover at 450 for about 45 minutes to 1 hours mixing one time half way. Once the cooking time is done, pour the sauce into a small sauce pan and bring it to a boiled once boiling, add the water and cornstarch mixture! Stir energetically for 1 minutes. The sauce should thicken for a little. Pour it back on the chicken mix and serve. A little sticky rice into the bowl. Top with the chicken and brocolis. Finish with a generous amount of this delicious sauce, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro! And voila!!! Awaiting on your feedbacks!
