it has been a while that I am seeing this meat at the supermarket! And I had never find any interest in it! But now the kids are growing up and the weekly menus are changing quite a bit. I was in a mission to bring meal every night, and not just that, also it had to be quick prep! I did so right on choosing this meat! Ready in 15 minutes maximum! Really not pricy! Surprisingly delicious! It’s like a big géant steak! Really recommend marinate it over night! It will tenderize the meat and so then flavored it so beautifully! For the French people you can find it under the name “Bavette” ! Allez let get straight to the recipe!

About 2.5 pound of London broil! Take a nice piece not too thick with nice color! (1kg/1.5kg)
To marinate overnight or at least 6 hours with
2 tbsp espresso
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp cornstarch
One cup soya sauce.
Half cup worcestershire (fish free)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 shallot cut in 6
6 garlic cloves cut in thin slices
Salt & Pepper
For the finishing.
1/2 vegetables butter
Methode
In a large bowl place and pour all the ingredients listed for it
After marinating the meat, remove the juice from the small saucepan and add the shallots and garlic. Place the meat in a baking pan and broil it in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130F/55C for a medium rare piece. It is recommended not to exceed this temperature.
In the meantime, combine the vegetable butter with the sauce and cook over medium heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is thickened, stirring it for about five minutes. Set it aside. To serve, pair the meat with creamy mashed potatoes (dairy-free) and some greens for a delectable meal.
