Vegan sour cream! Just becoming more and more popular! I mostly use it for cooking and let me tell you, I am enjoying the texture it gives to my dishes so so much! You will find it usually close to the sour cream fridge. I won’t hide you that it took me one or two minutes of hesitate befor purchasing it! But I just loved it at first taste! Scrumptious recipe! It takes a minutes to prepare it ! This dish is so easy to prpepare! The vegan sour cream will moist the chicken and give the sauce a texture like you never had before! “ I will wait for your comments!

In a large baking dish pour 3-4 tbsp olive
Then add
2 pound chicken thigh 1 kilos
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp turmeric
1 lemon juice
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp sour cream ( plant base)
Rub all ( you can marinated for up to 1 hour)
Add then
Fresh thyme and oregano
1 lemon cut in slices’
5 cloves garlic unpeeled
Bake at 375F 190C ( 20 min per pound boneless and 25 with bone) or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C and the chicken is well golden! The kitchen thermometer help a lot when we are not sure by lookint at it! I just love to use it for when I am cooking meat or poultry!
Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes! The leftover will be perfect for a nice Mediterranean sandwich! “Trop bon” Bonne cuisine à tous!
