Oriental fish stew!

There are many ways to make this recipe. Personally I like it with a lot of sauce, served with a good hot shabbath bread and humous not far away. I present my version to you hoping that you like it.

For 6-8 person

8 slice of fish with or without skin

You can use trout cod salmon or sea bream.

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

6-7 cloves of garlic

3 potatoes

1 carrot

Handful chickpeas

Zest of 1 lemon

Serrano or no

1 bunch fresh coriander

1 CaS Paprika

Salt

Small can of tomato paste

1 Cup of water

3-4 Tbsp of olive oil

In a large pot heats your oil. Empty the peppers and cut into small cubes to brown them well then add the crushed garlic. Cut the carrots at an angle and then the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the pot. Stir well add the chickpeas and zest, as well as the tomato paste, diluting it as you go along with the water. When everything is well mixed add the coriander with the paprika and the Salt. Cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes. Rinse and dry your Fish if it is not yet cut make beautiful thick slices and add it to the pot with just a little water to cover. Cook 20 to 30 minutes over medium red heat.

Enjoy it with humous and good hot bread
