One-pot pasta and meat sauce

It is not just a meat and pasta sauce that I am sharing with you, it is the way to cook the pasta directly inside the sauce, which will bring this simple dish to an all-new level. I don’t think you will want to cook your pasta in the water anymore after you taste this decadent way of cooking

Ingredients for 6-8 peoples

2-pound ground meat

3 Tbsp olive oil

1 large yellow onion

2 branch celery

2 carrots

2 cloves garlic

24 oz tomatoes crush

24 oz pasta tomato sauce

24 oz water

1 tbsp oregano

salt

pepper

650 g pasta of your choice

3 cup of boiling water

Proceed :

In a large saucepan with olive, saute without coloration the thinly sliced onion with the small diced celery and carrot and let it tenderize for 10 minutes. Pour to that the meat and with the back of two fork detach the meat and add the crushed garlic, let it cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the two kinds of tomatoes (if you have fresh homemade tomato sauce then use only that ) oregano salt pepper and 24 oz water. If you can let that cook on low for 3 hours it will be perfect if not let that cool for at least 45 minutes. I really cover and forget about it for hours on low heat for me more it cooks better the meat sauce will be. But 45 minutes will make it just fine also.

I recommend adding the pasta really at the moment you want to serve. Bring the pasta to the sauce let it cook uncover for 2-3 minutes and add the 3 cups of boiling water. After the first broil cover and let it cook on low for 12 minutes. Absolutely not more than that as the pasta will be too cooks. Voila!!! it is ready to serve ! with a dash of fresh ground pepper and there you’ll have to the most decadent meat sauce and pasta dish you never had before.

I found out that the day after they are even better !!!!
