French style creamy chicken.

I wanted to have a little fun when I discovered lactose-free crème fraîche. Much more than fun, this cream is just creamy in sauce without bringing any particular flavors.. The dream finally of being able to make a very creamy and creamy sauce while being Kosher!! I’ll let you discover this superb recipe full of flavors!

The sauce

1 pound chicken breast (because it’s est to cook and easy to serve. But have fun to use any other part of you know how to handle the cooking time!
1 tablespoon paprika

½ tablespoon of turmeric

3-4 tbsp olive oil

salt pepper

1 finely chopped onion if you like the taste but not the texture, so chop them in the blender as thin as you like!

1-2 crushed garlic cloves

5 large tomatoes washed and cut into small cubes.

1 can of fresh mushrooms, cut into thick slices

2 tablespoons concentrated tomato

2 tablespoons lactose-free crème fraîche or lactose-free heavy cream

250ml vegetable stock, chicken stock or just water.

Salt

Pepper

1 sprig of rosemary

1 branch oregano

Turn on your oven at 200 C

On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, place your chicken breasts, then brush them with olive oil, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. They should be lightly browned and almost cooked inside. Remove them from the oven and cover with aluminum foil. Prepare your sauce. In a pot, for a little oil and start by browning the onions. Add the garlic and brown it too. Then add the mushrooms and cook briskly, stirring for a few minutes. Do the same by adding the tomatoes and cook over high heat for a few minutes. Then finish with the tomato paste, paprika, salt, pepper and cream. Let simmer over low heat. Prepare your chicken. Place it on a board and cut it into slices 3-4 cm thick. Add it to the sauce. Collect the juices from the chicken and pour them into the sauce too. Stir well, finish cooking the chicken in the sauce for a few minutes. ( you will see how long it needs when cutting ) Place the herb branches, then serve with mash or fries!!! A good baguette because the sauce is just cruelly good!!!
