Apple tart with its almond cream👌

I am not going to lie I did not choose the most easy dough to share with you this time but it is so delicious so melt in your mouth,that it would be a shame note to give it a try. I also included the video of how to make this delectable desserts and usually I don’t advise you because my explanation is well served but you should watch this video as well as I show you exactly how to work the dough.

So the crust you will need :

5 oz Soft butter

3 oz powdered sugar

A pinch of salt

1 Egg

1oz Almond powder

8 oz flour

For the filling

3.5 oz soft butter

3.5 oz granulated sugar

3.5 oz almond powder

2 egg

1.7 heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup favorite jam

Some powdered sugar for dusting

10 medium very red apple

Proceed

For the dought, mix together butter, powdered sugar and salt. Combine well and add egg and incorpore all well before adding flour and almond powder. Form a nice ball and roll it into plastic wrap. If you’d like you can freeze it for months .If not fridge it at least 2 hours . As you will see in the video I did not leave enough in the fridge wich made it hard to knead. Now let get ready the cream. You can sure fill it with apple sauce but this almond cream is so much worst the try. In a bowl mix together butter sugar and almond powder combined all well and add the egg along with the cream .

If you really let the dough to become cold enough in the fridge you won’t have any problem to spread it down with a little flour on the working table as well as on the pastry roll and fold it into a tart pan. You can also put it in between two parchment paper roll it take off one side flip the dough into the tart pan and take off the second parchment paper. Arrange the dough nicely into the pan spread in the almond cream set aside. I take red apple you will see the final impression is just amazing. Just wash all the apple very well and with a apple seed remover take off the seed cut the apple in half and make very thin slice . I really like it very thin it make it amazing after all . in a circle movement place the slices one by one. I jus start with the large slice and use the smallest ones as it goes. Drizzle some powdered sugar and shovel into a 350 F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. The cream should puff a bit . Hit up some of your favorite jam (20 to 30 sec in the microwave). Gently brush the tart with it very carefully and right after you taking it out from the oven. Drizzle some more powdered sugar when it cool down and here you’ll have it.
