Apple Fondant with frangipane

Delicate and full of flavor, this cake is just the perfect treat when we want something quick easy but still with a big “whoa!!!”

Ingredients

For the batter :

5.4 oz Flour

3.7 oz Sugar

3.7 oz soft or melted butter

2 Eggs

0.4 oz Baking Powder

3.7 oz Heavy Cream or Soy Milk

For the Frangipane

1.9 oz Soft Butter

1.9 oz Almond Flour ( you can take whole ones that you mix)

1.9 oz Sugar

1 TBSP vanilla extract

1 egg

For the top

2-3 Apples

For the 9″ Pan

Some Soft Butter

Some Flour

Let get started !!!…

I really recommend to turn on oven as soon as you can every time you know you’ll need it . It really make a big difference on the cooking and that for anything you will make that is cooking or baking…

For this cake we need a oven on at 350 C

Prepare you pan by putting butter and flour and take of all the excess

As you can see it’s a 3 steps cake so

First the batter

Mix together butter sugar and eggs Mix well and add heavy cream mix again . Finish by adding flour and baking powder . When all is well combine add it to the pan .

The Frangipane

You can use it also when you want to make apple tart it is just an amazing filling for this kind of tart

Mix together all the ingredient and pour it on top of the batter .

Last step the apple peel and clean the inside , cut it in thin slice and place on top of the preparation doing a very slightly push inside

Shovel between 45-55 minutes ( i know it is not precise but all oven are different) So to be exact the toothpick needs to come out dry

How to keep this delicious amazing creation at its best :

2-3 Days out but always well wrap and 7 days in the fridge

My way to warm up think in the Oven are very simple : I put My oven on on high for couple of minutes like maybe 5-10 minutes and then switch it off and shovel anything i want to warm up in.
