Ingredients For the Filling :
7 Tbsp of butter
1/2 Cup of sugar
1 Tsp of vanilla sugar
1-2 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup dried raisin
1 pack of Phyllo dough
8 Tbsp of butter/margarine (for assemblage)
Lets get started!
- Peel and clean the fruit , Cut it to small square.
- in a saucepan melt the butter and add the sugar vanilla and cinnamon.
- Add the fruits and let it caramelized for at least 15- 20 minutes.
- Finally add the raisin and let it sit another 5 minutes. Set aside.
- You can make this recipe in a muffin pan for individual ones or as a strudel. Simply make sure to butter each layer of Phyllo dough
- Bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes
