Fried Chinese Rice

Superb recipe. Easy and quick to make. My kids love it. The first time I did it, it took me 20 minutes. We will make this post short and fast. Let’s move on to the ingredients.

For 4-6 people.

1 Cup of rice

1 1/2 cups of water

1 tablespoon of chicken consume

1 Nice thick slice of smoked turkey

1 Carrot

3 small fresh onions

1/2 cup peas

1/2 Cup Corn

5-7 Tbsp soy sauce

5-7 Tbsp chili sauce

2 Egg

salt pepper and a little olive oil

Process

First we will take care of the rice by washing it well until the water comes out clear, then we will brown it a little with a drizzle of olive oil the consume (or not) a pinch of salt. When it starts to hang slightly (beware it goes quickly) add cold water (important) and bring to a boil. Cover with a sheet of parchment paper and the lid. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat.

Meanwhile, break the eggs in a bowl with a little salt. In a small pan, pour a good drizzle of olive oil and leave it warm. Pour the eggs trying to make an omelet, as I show in the video. Remove and cut it in a small cube. Cut carrot and smoked turkey in small cubes as well, then start to fry the carrots, add soy sauce, and then the chili (we will put 3 times during the process) add the small fresh onions, cut into rings, then the turkey and the rest of the ingredients except the Omelette. I needed to add the two sauces until I liked the taste. The rice should be ready, add it to the vegetables with the third portion of the sauces and mix everything well before adding the omelet. Serve it’s ready !!!
